Heart attack at age 35 after the medical check, but the doctors are not responsible

Two doctors from the emergency room were acquitted, they had carried out the exams and according to the Judge they had not neglected anything
Two doctors from the Varese emergency room, one defended by lawyer Fabrizio Busignani, were acquitted by the preliminary investigations judge Giuseppe Fazio, in relation to a case of medical negligence for which they had been investigated by the public prosecutor's office.
The investigation referred to the death of a 35-year-old man who had gone to the emergency room twice, within a few days, complaining of chest pains.
In both cases the visits had given negative results and the man had been sent home.
The day after the second visit he had died of a heart attack.
However, the judge did not find any causal link between how the visits were conducted and the subsequent death.
