The JPI of Treviso decided the dismissal of the case against some Veneto Banca officials

The Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Treviso arranges for the filing of the criminal proceedings against Veneto Banca officials, some of whom defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, accused in various ways of crimes relating to fraud and forgery of documents.

The criminal prosecution originated from a series of complaints from the Bank's customers which, however, proved to be unfounded.
