A team from Busignani Law Firm, led by the partner Fabrizio Busignani, with a team from the Jemoli, Ardo and Merati studio, led by the partner Luigi Jemoli, studied and implemented the Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 /01 on behalf of Lauto Cantieri Valsesia S.p.a., a historic company that operates in the public works sector, building roads, highways, tunnels, bridges and viaducts.
With the adoption of the Model envisaged by the decree, the activities for adapting corporate life to the new legal provisions for the prevention - above all - of occupational safety and environmental risks are completed
