TRAINEE LAWYER: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced trainee or young lawyer, with a perfect understanding of the criminal process and the related regulatory context. The chosen candidate must have gained good experience in the management of criminal proceedings in the areas of expertise of Busignani Law Firm.
The candidate must be fluent in the English language.LOCATION: Varese
EDUCATION: Degree in law - Admission to the Register of qualified practitioners - Fluent in Italian and English - Residence in Italy
FOCUS AREA: Criminal Law - Environmental Law - White Collar
SKILLS: Collaborative ability - Excellent presentation skills - Great attention to detail - Strong oral and written communication skills
