E-Cost: the new website for the telematic constitutional process

18-11-2021

The "User Guide to the use of e-Cost" has been published on the website of the Constitutional Court, the new platform that will allow the protagonists of the judgments of constitutionality - lawyers, State Attorneys, judges, Regions and all subjects who, in any capacity, can bring judgments, constitute themselves or intervene before the Constitutional Court - to file and exchange deeds and documents electronically.

The new supplementary rules for judgments before the Constitutional Court (published in the Official Journal of 3 November last) have also been published on the Court's website and will apply to judgments starting from 3 December 2021.

The new e-Cost platform will be accessible at https://ecost.cortecostituzionale.it.

Together with the supplementary regulations, the decree of the President of the Constitutional Court of 28 October 2021 was also published in the Official Journal, with the technical rules for the functioning of the electronic constitutional process.
