Acquittal for a well-known television journalist by the Court of Milan

Following a complex hearing, the Court of Milan, Criminal Section IX acquitted a well-known television journalist of a series of crimes (including injury, failure to provide aid and more), establishing the non-existence of the disputed facts.

The story had originated from a banal road accident that occurred in the streets of Milan, following which numerous crimes had been hypothesized.

Following the report of the alleged offended person, various crimes were hypothesized which, however, following the outcome of the trial, were found to be non-punishable.
