Confirmed conviction and compensation for damages in favor of a beverage company by the Bologna Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal of Bologna, Criminal Chamber 5, confirmed the sentence of conviction and compensation for damage in favor of a company operating in the beverage sector - defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani - issued in July 2021 by the Court of Reggio Emilia against the accused.

The appeal sentence, in rejecting the arguments of the defendant's defense, noted that there was not only full proof of the facts but also of the particular intensity of the willful misconduct relating to the alleged crime.

The accused was also sentenced to pay the additional legal costs in favor of the company that became a civil party for the degree of appeal.
