Acquitted by the Court of Varese of charges of aggravated stalking, property damage, and trespassing

A young woman, represented by attorney Fabrizio Busignani and unjustly accused of aggravated stalking, property damage, and trespassing, was acquitted by the Court of Varese following a complex trial.

At the conclusion of the trial proceedings, it was not proven that the defendant had ever harassed her ex-partner by seizing his mobile phone and throwing it out the window, nor that she had taken sums of money from him, nor that she had habitually loitered outside the alleged victim's home or workplace. Furthermore, there was no evidence that she had ever taken the keys to the alleged victim's home.

Similarly, it was not established that any damage had been caused to the alleged victim's property, nor that the young woman had ever trespassed on the complainant's premises.
