The Court of Varese acquits a man accused of serious threats, criminal damage, and possession of weapons
06-05-2026
In a ruling issued on May 6, 2026, the Court of Varese acquitted a man accused of serious crimes and also completely rejected the financial claims made by the civil plaintiff in the trial against a man accused of serious crimes, thus concluding a trial that had lasted two years.
Neither the request for damages, quantified at €5,000.00, nor the request for provisional compensation, nor the request for reimbursement of legal fees, estimated at €4,160.76, were granted.
The defense work of Attorney Fabrizio Busignani played a central role in the resolution of the trial, arguing that the accusation's case was unfounded and the claims for damages made in the trial were unfounded.
The Court's decision thus concludes the case with a full affirmation of the defense's line, both on the criminal and civil levels, excluding liability and also completely rejecting the civil plaintiff's financial claims.
