Dismissal of the case for the former Central Director of the Maugeri Foundation stated by the Judge of Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Pavia

The Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Pavia ordered the dismissal of the position of some suspects in the criminal proceedings relating to the hypothesis of improper corporate bankruptcy contested to the top management of the Maugeri Foundation, including the former Director Central defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani.
In particular, in accepting the defense thesis presented during two interrogations, as well as accompanied by briefs and documents, the Public Prosecutor ascertained that no offences had been committed, also underlining that the corporate governance after 2012 had operated in compliance with the law, without any falsification of the balance sheet items.
