Real Estate entrepreneur acquitted of multiple bankruptcy charges
26-10-2021
The Court of Milan, Criminal Section 1, following a trial concerning the bankruptcy of an Italian-Swiss construction company, acquitted an entrepreneur - defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani - from multiple charges of fraudulent bankruptcy against him raised by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office.
Although the Public Prosecutor had requested a heavy sentence against the Entrepreneur in relation to all the alleged crimes, the Court - in accepting the acquittal request made by the defendant's defender - acquitted him in relation to one of the charge for not having committed the fact and, in relation to the remaining ones, because the fact does not exist.
Conversely, in the same proceeding, two other defendants were sentenced in relation to the lawsuits.
The defendant's lawyer Busignani expressed great satisfaction with a widely expected result, given the evidence of extraneousness to the facts of his client.
