The acquittal decision of the Court of Varese in favor of a businessman accused of a serious tax crime

As a result of the hearing investigation, the Court of Varese, Criminal Section, acquitted an entrepreneur, defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani, accused of presenting unfaithful tax returns through the use of invoices for non-existent transactions in relation to three tax years.

With the sentence of acquittal because the fact does not exist, the Court of Varese ascertained the absolute non-existence of the accusation hypothesis as well as the total absence of evidence provided by the Public Prosecutor in support of his thesis.
