Following a complex debate with the hearing of numerous witnesses, the Court of Reggio Emilia ascertained the accused's responsibility for a series of frauds and embezzlement carried out to the detriment of a leading Italian company operating in the beverage sector.
The company, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, has also obtained the order to have compensation for the considerable damage caused by the accused for the scams carried out over the course of a few years, with the removal of a considerable quantity of fine wines.
