Not guilty the Presidents of Banca Popolare di Intra

The Court of Verbania, following the hearing, acquitted the Chairman of Banca Popolare di Intra, defended by the lawyer Fabrizio Busignani, from the charge of tax violation for several million euros.

During the preliminary investigation it clearly emerged that the alleged facts underlying the accusation did not exist since the Bank and its President had correctly operated in the drafting and submission of tax returns to the Treasury and that no damage had been caused either to the Bank nor to savers.

Understandable satisfaction with the result achieved was expressed by the defendant's defender.
