Water pollution: the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the purification company acquitted

The Court of Busto Arsizio acquitted the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a publicly owned water purification company of the charges relating to pollution.

Therefore accepted the request formulated by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani of acquittal of the legal representative of the company for not having committed the fact, with consequent ascertainment of the full effectiveness of the purification activities carried out.
