International corruption: the position of a manager of a foreign company filed

As part of an important investigation relating to obtaining contracts from foreign companies for the design and construction of oilfield exploitation plants, an important manager of a foreign company active in the Arabian peninsula was investigated.

The story was part of the investigation relating to the design and construction of an important oil plant called Jurassic as part of a more extensive assumption by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office.

Following complex investigations, the manager, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, obtained the dismissal of his position with regard to the original charges of international corruption and association, thus seeing his total extraneousness to the facts ascertained.
