Tax offences: dismissal of the case against the CEO of a plastic material distribution company

At the conclusion of the investigations, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Monza acquitted the legal representative of a plastic material distribution company from the accusation of fraudulent tax declaration because the fact did not exist.

The entrepreneur, defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani, had been involved in the investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza in relation to numerous companies that allegedly made use of false invoices through a "paper company".

The Court of Monza instead ascertained the real existence of the services indicated in the invoices used by the company and the absence, therefore, of any crime.
