No participation in the crime of bankruptcy by member of the board of statutory auditors

The dismissal of the criminal proceedings against a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a well-known company active in the tourism sector has been decreed.

Against the professional, accused of complicity in continued and aggravated bankruptcy, the Public Prosecutor, having read the briefs presented by the defendants of the suspect, including Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, has ascertained the absence of elements suitable to support the accusation in court.
