Chamber of Commerce official acquitted by allegations of abuse of office

Concluded with a ruling not to proceed with the preliminary hearing against an official of the Chamber of Commerce accused of abuse of office in relation to authorization measures for the operation of an industrial measurement company, as well as in relation to the certification of measurement.

The accused, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, was acquitted of some charges because the fact did not exist and by others he was acquitted.
