Busignani Law Firm in the implementation of organizational models of ecological companies

A team from Busignani Law Firm, led by partner Fabrizio Busignani, studied and implemented the implementation of the Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 on behalf of some ecological companies operating in the Province of Varese.
The need to adapt to the new regulatory provisions has allowed the adoption of procedures aimed at preventing the predicate offenses envisaged by the Decree.
