Conviction and compensation of damages in favor of a plastic Company

The Como Collegiate Court has convicted a man for one of the alleged crimes, in addition to the sentence also to compensation for damages in favor of a plastics company defended by the lawyer Fabrizio Busignani.
The Como Court has in fact found the defendant guilty of the crime under art. 494 of the Criminal Code with a consequent sentence of 6 months of imprisonment, in addition to compensation for damages in favor of the damaged company, the quantification of which has been left to the civil judge.
Through the falsification of his identity in the use of computer systems, the man had placed false orders for goods to the detriment of the plastics company.
The request for payment in favor of the company of an immediately enforceable provisional sum and legal defense costs was accepted.
