Conviction of the ex-husband and compensation of damages in favor of an assaulted woman

The Court of Varese has condemned the ex-husband of a woman, who joined the civil action with the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani, to a fine significantly higher than that requested by the Public Prosecutor, ascertaining his responsibility for the attack causing injury to hisr ex-wife.

The matter was examined during the trial in which it emerged that the defendant was not new to similar conduct, having already been convicted for the same reasons.

The request for compensation was also accepted with the granting of an immediately executable provisional award against the accused.
