A businessman accused of bribery was acquitted

At the conclusion of the preliminary hearing, the Court of Varese acquitted an entrepreneur accused of corruption in relation to the alleged "adjustment" of tax audits by the Revenue Agency carried out with the professional who assisted the company, defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani.

With the sentence of acquittal, the Judge established that there was no evidence of a corruptive agreement or, even less, that there had ever been the giving of any sum of money by the entrepreneur.
