Fabrizio Busignani wins at the Italian supreme court in a case of international kidnapping

The Italian Supreme Court, Sixth Criminal Chamber, confirms the appeal verdict, which had already confirmed the first instance statement, against an Estonian citizen who kidnapped her minor daughter from the other parent, who entered a civil action with Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, holding her abroad and preventing any contact with her father.

The affair, already resolved in favor of the father by the Estonian justice, ended with the confirmation of the mother's sentence and a substantial compensation in favor of both the father and the kidnapped daughter, now permanently resident in Italy with her father, now single custodial parent following the suspension of parental authority for the mother established by the verdict confirmed by the Supreme Court.
