Busignani wins in Italian supreme Court of Cassazione for a world-leading medical solutions company

The Supreme Court of Cassazione, V Civil Chamber, accepted the appeal presented by a leading medical solutions company in the world, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, and orders the annulment of the sentence of the Lombardy Regional Tax Commission which had rejected the appeal presented against the first degree decision.

The case, relating to an alleged omitted declaration of active operations for VAT purposes, had seen the company already partially victorious in the capacity of appeal, with reference to the assessment notice of the Revenue Agency.
