Dismissal of the case in favor of entrepreneur accused of corporate crimes and undue appropriation

In accepting the defensive deductions and the evidentiary contributions of Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Busto Arsizio has ordered the dismissal of the criminal proceedings against the legal representative of an association.

In fact, during the investigations it was demonstrated that no violation of the legislation on false accounting and other corporate crimes existed, just as there had been no misappropriation of the funds of the same association.
