Entrepreneur acquitted accused of tax violations in the VAT field

The Court of Sondrio acquitted the legal representative of a company active in the production of articles for hairdressers supplied to large retailers from the accusation of having failed to comply with the mandatory VAT obligations.

Accepting the thesis of the lawyer Fabrizio Busignani, the Court has ascertained that the entrepreneur is not involved in the facts, acquitting him of the charges brought because the fact does not exist.
