The Court of Novara, following a complex trial, acquitted a businessman charged with contribution to the bankruptcy of a well-known company of taps and fittings in San Maurizio d'Opaglio.

The Public Prosecutor's request for a five-year convinction was rejected by the Court and the entrepreneur expressed great satisfaction with the result obtained.

The decision ascertained that the man, defended by the Attorney Fabrizio Busignani, had not committed any crimes related to the bankruptcy of the company, with regard to the acquisition of the main business branch of the bankrupt company.
