The Judge for the Preliminary Hearing of the Court of Varese, in rejecting the request for indictment formulated by the Prosecutor's Office of Varese, acquitted a businesswoman defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani from the accusation of circumvention of an incompetent person because the fact does not exist.
