Not guilty construction manager charged of serious injury of the worker

The Court of Appeal of Milan, by reforming the first instance sentence, acquitted the construction manager of a company operating in the construction sector from the accusation of having caused serious culpable injury to a worker, obtaining the adoption of precautionary measures regarding job security.

The professional, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani was therefore not responsible for the complaints against him originally made.
