The Court of Appeal of Naples, reforming the first instance verdict issued by the Neapolitan Court, acquitted an entrepreneur accused of multiple violations of tax legislation.
The legal representative of the company, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani was therefore found not guilty of the complaints against him originally made.
