Usury: entrepreneur acquitted by the Court of Milan

No form of usury attributable to a well-known entrepreneur active in the field of real-estate and construction, according to the Court of Milan.
In acquitting the accused from the charges brought, as a result of a complex trial trough cross-examination of numerous witnesses and experts, the Court accepted the requests of Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, ascertaining that no crime was committed by the accused.
The Milan court also ordered the dissolution of all the assets subject to the precautionary measure ordered during the preliminary investigations.
