Fabrizio Busignani in the filing of proceedings for bribery against a professional

The dismissal of criminal proceedings against an esteemed professional involved in the investigations relating to a case of bribery conducted by the Busto Arsizio Public Prosecutor's Office has been ordered.

As a result of the complex investigations, which had led to the adoption of precautionary measures against other suspects, the position of the professional, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, was dismissed by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of Busto Arsizio for groundlessness of the crime report.
