Bank managers acquitted of usury

Accepted the defensive remarks of the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani in defense of some bank officials accused of usury by the Judge of Preliminary Investigations  of the Court of Varese.

By acknowledging the content of the defense and technical briefs produced by the defender, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Varese ascertained that no crime appeared to have been committed by the investigated officials.

As a logical consequence, the Judge issued an archiving decree in the related proceedings.
