Bank manager acquitted of usury charge

The Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Busto Arsizio ordered the dismissal of the criminal proceedings against a senior bank manager accused of the crime of usury.

During the investigation, the manager, defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, demonstrated the non-existence of the disputed offenses, both through defensive deductions and thanks to the support of technical advice on the matter of calculating bank interest.
