Environmental violations: the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a purification company acquitted

New acquittal verdict for the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Tutela Ambientale dei Torrenti Arno, Rile e Tenore S.p.A., defended by Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, following the outcome of the preliminary hearing before the Court of Busto Arsizio.

The Public Prosecutor had raised yet another accusation of violation of environmental legislation against the top management of the public water purification company.

After having listened to the witnesses and evaluated the documents produced, the Court of Busto Arsizio ascertained the non-existence of the facts underlying the charge raised by the local Public Prosecutor's Office.
