The Judge for the Preliminary Investigations of Varese, having read the defense briefs of the defendant of the suspect, Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, ascertained the non-existence of the fact placed at the basis of the crime hypothesis formulated by the competent Public Prosecutor's Office.
