Undue receipt of EU funding: entrepreneur acquitted

Accused of undue receipt of Community funding, an entrepreneur operating in the agro-food sector was acquitted at the outcome of the preliminary hearing by the Court of Varese.

The Judge, acknowledging the defensive observations of Avv. Fabrizio Busignani, decreed the non-existence of the disputed facts, absolve the entrepreneur from the charge brought by the Prosecutor's Office.
