Caffe Teatro CEO acquitted of serious tax crimes

The Court of Busto Arsizio acquitted the legal representative of the company managing the Caffè Teatro di Verghera di Samarate, defended by the lawyer. Fabrizio Busignani, from the hypothesis of a tax offense disputed because the fact does not exist.

The Caffè Teatro had ended up in the crosshairs of the Guardia di Finanza which, after a series of checks, had contested a very extensive tax evasion for income taxes, VAT. and I.R.A.P. for over 250,000 euros.

At the end of the trial and denying the assumption of the Fiamme Gialle, the Court of Busto Arsizio ascertained that the accusatory hypothesis was completely unsuitable to support the accusation in judgment, thus sending the entrepreneur acquitted.
