White Collar Crimes
Advice to numerous companies regarding the application of the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01, with consequent assistance in the preparation, adoption, implementation and updating of organizational models, operating in various sectors
Defense of companies and their top management in numerous criminal proceedings relating to the violation of workplace safety regulations and manslaughter, in cases of international corruption, violations of antitrust regulations and tax fraud in relation to the design and installation of oil wells.

Criminal bankruptcy law
Fabrizio Busignani has extensive experience in bankruptcy crime trials, having provided legal advice and assistance in no less than 100 bankruptcy trial cases.
He has dealt with the defense of directors of companies - including those listed on the stock exchange - in cases of fraudulent bankruptcy and preferential bankruptcy, as well as members of boards of statutory auditors of listed companies for violation of supervisory and control obligations.
He has also defended, as patron of the civil action, numerous bankruptcy receivership in criminal proceedings against bankrupt entrepreneurs and directors of bankrupt companies.
He deals with the defense of directors and members of the boards of statutory auditors of numerous companies, even in cases of compensation claims advanced by bankruptcy proceedings.

Criminal tax law
Fabrizio Busignani has dealt with the defense of various companies and their top management in cases of criminal proceedings for alleged violation of the tax rules on the subject of so-called "transfer pricing", for alleged violation of the rules on purchases from so-called black list countries.
He defended the top management of an Italian bank for alleged tax violations in the listed securities sector, following a dispute before the High Court of Justice - Queen's Bench Commercial Division.
He defended the members of the board of directors of a national association in the milk production sector for tax violations relating to relations with the Swiss Confederation as well as an important company for tax violations relating to the sale of vehicles in intra-European markets.
He has provided assistance and defense to companies operating in the telephony sector for alleged tax crimes related to VAT evasion as well as numerous Italian companies for tax violations in the field of excise duties for the transport of petroleum products in the Swiss Confederation

Liability under  D. LGS. 231/01
Fabrizio Busignani defended the company and the management of the same in the criminal proceedings provided for by Legislative Decree 231/01 in relation to the violation of the rules on safety at work and manslaughter, in the event of accusations of corruption of public officials, in cases of market abuse and obstacle to the supervisory functions of the Bank of Italy.
He realised Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 for numerous companies, including joint-stock companies deriving from the transformation of the Provincial Consortia for water management.
Currently in charge of realization of Organizational models for leading Italian companies operating in the infrastructure construction sector and in the automotive and logistics sector.
He held the role of Co - Head of the "231 Desk" of Confapi Varese and was Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Navigli Lombardi S.c.a.r.l.

Environmental law
He has dealt with the defense of a leading company in the metalworking market in criminal proceedings for the crime of soil pollution and the top management of the same, the top management of public companies for the alleged violation of the law on water pollution, top management of some oil companies in criminal proceedings for alleged pollution offenses, the top management of companies accused of deforestation of natural areas as well as the top management of excavation companies for alleged violations of environmental regulations.
He has provided advice and assistance in environmental audit procedures and has prepared organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 for public companies active in water treatment.
